Server issues affecting website and SmartHub app

Our website, SmartHub app and phone system are temporarily unable to take payments due to problems with National Information Solutions Cooperative’s (NISC) main server. At this time, the SmartHub app will not open. NISC is working to resolve the issue, however, it could take until tomorrow morning. Our CSRs are currently not able to accept credit card payments until this issue is fixed. We appreciate your patience.
