60-day disconnection suspension ends on May 14

Times are challenging for many of our members. Illness and job loss have caused much uncertainty throughout the communities we serve.

Singing River Electric has closely monitored and adhered to federal and state guidance concerning COVID-19. We initiated a suspension of disconnections in mid-March because we understand our electric cooperative is a critical service provider and recognize the importance of providing safe, exceptional service, especially during times like these.

Now is the time to call and speak to a member service representative if you have a question or need to make a payment arrangement. We will resume our normal disconnection schedule beginning in June.
