It’s easy to sign up for New Service! Simply fill out the form below and hit the submit button.

The information below helps assist the member service representative who calls to initiate the application process. You may be asked to visit the office to complete this application, and at that time will be asked to submit additional information.

For a new service to be completed, a $245 deposit is required along with a $5 membership fee and a $35 connection fee, for a total of $285. Any applicable city or county permits must be in hand before electric service can be connected.

Applications for new service may be submitted by email, however, the most efficient way to have your new service established is to contact any SREC office during normal business hours. Meter set connections requested by phone or in person will be completed the same day if requested by 3 p.m. during normal business hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. This online application does not qualify for same day service.
