Beware of phone scams. SRE members have received calls demanding credit card payment over the phone to avoid service disconnection.

Hang up. Call our office or use the SmartHub mobile app to check payment balance or pay on your account.
Reminder: SRE is currently suspending disconnections temporarily to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, however members should continue to pay outstanding balances and amounts due for services provided during the suspension. This is in accordance with the Mississippi Public Service Commission.
Call any SRE office and speak to a MSR. We will work with all members to pay as you can to avoid the accumulation of a larger balance.
