To comply with social distancing and COVID-guidelines, Singing River Electric’s Annual Membership Meeting will be held outdoors, drive-in style at the Lucedale office on Thursday, June 23.
Attendees will stay in their car for the duration of the meeting and tune into an FM broadcast. To keep the meeting as short as possible, no door prizes will be awarded at the meeting. Registration will begin at 5 p.m. and continue until 5:45. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m.
If members feel uncomfortable about getting out in the heat or being around others, they can participate in the annual meeting by voting online at singingriver.com or using the SmartHub app, or by returning the completed, mailed proxy. Deadline for proxy returns and online voting is Tuesday, July 14 at 5 p.m.
