The National Weather Service is expecting Tropical Storm Cristobal to be near the Bay of Campeche for the next few days before moving toward the central Gulf of Mexico. Regardless of the track or intensity, heavy rain is possible across south Mississippi late this week and early into next week.

What can you do?

- Be ready. Know your evacuation and storm plans, especially if you depend on electric medical devices.
